Re-installing OneDrive by removing it and redownloading it from the Microsoft website. Starting last week ( and following an update to office ) Word crashes when we try to open a document directly from the webdav file system (by double clicking in explorer).

This keeps going for around 5 minutes, but it doesn't let us save the document. This would probably be OneDrive and Sharepoint as those are the only platforms that are configured. The user makes a change to said document, but when he opens the 'File' menu the program starts to freeze and a window pops-up that it tries to connect to online services.
